Step training is a variation of stair climbing that incorporates a raised platform (step) to perform both low and high impact moves. These step patterns or routines ensure a high intensity workout that- when performed properly at maximum capacity - can burn 30% more body fat than traditional aerobic workouts. Power Cycle is an intense cardio training that simulates all-terrain riding using a variety of hills and flats - all set to intense, heart-pumping music. Cycle drills include jumps, sprints and leg isolations to tone and strengthen the lower body and heart. Riders can control their own resistance for a super-customized workout!
